Call For Papers

Our CFP will open beginning of November 2023 and ends at the end of the year (2023)

Registrations

Registration will open in beginning of March

Super Early Bird ticket (all days) = 100 Euro *
Early Bird ticket (all days) = 150 Euro *
Conference ticket (all days) = 200 Euro *

* + 24% VAT

The different types of sessions – Speaker passes

Speakers receive a full days pass when one their session is accepted:

Schedule

We serve breakfast from 8h30 onwards, complimentary for all attendees.
The Conference days start on Friday morning with a keynote at 10h00
Saturday evening join us for the event after-party.

Do I need to register for the sessions?

No, we use the first-come-first-served algorithm.

But I see this counter next to the title in the schedule.

That’s just an indication of how many attendees have favourited the talk.

Badge Pickup

Pickup your Conference badge on Friday morning from 8h30 onwards. IMPORTANT NOTE : badges are strictly personal and can’t be shared. When you “forget your badge” you’ll be asked to go back home and recover it.
